I’m a Los Angeles-based mama to a wild and wonderful 3-year-old, a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and an IBCLC student with a deep love for all things lactation. I hold a Master’s in the sciences and previously supported families as a birth doula. My personal breastfeeding journey profoundly shaped my path and deepened my commitment to lactation work.

I blend intuition, evidence-based research, and a whole lot of heart to support moms through the highs, lows, and everything in between. My approach is holistic, mama-centered, and grounded in connection. I’m endlessly curious, always learning, and honored to walk alongside each family I serve!
